4. Order Processing

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship directly from our global partners, including suppliers in China.
We are not the importer of record in your country.
Tracking details will be provided once the order ships, though updates may be delayed due to international handling.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local authorities, or unforeseen events.

6. Delays & Additional Costs

You accept responsibility for any shipping delays, import procedures, or extra fees such as customs clearance charges.
Providing correct shipping details is essential. Incorrect addresses or delivery failures may result in additional charges.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 100 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or there was a fulfillment error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Items damaged in transit during returns may not be eligible for a full refund.

8. Lifetime Warranty

Our products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or customer-caused damage.
Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
