We provide free shipping on all orders, worldwide.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, Monday through Saturday.

Tracking
All orders include full door-to-door tracking, which you can check via ParcelPanel Tracking.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to: Jersey, Isle of Man, Iceland, Moldova, and Serbia.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If you purchased shipping insurance, we offer free replacements for lost or damaged items.
Returns & Exchanges

Delayed Shipments
Once your package is handed over to a local courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the local service. We’ll do our best to help, but some delays may be out of our control.
Undelivered Parcels
If a parcel is not accepted and returns to us, a refund will be issued once the item is received at our warehouse.
Address Accuracy
Customers must ensure the shipping address is correct. A confirmation email is sent after purchase, and once an order is fulfilled, we cannot change the address. If your order has already shipped, redirection is not possible.
